Put on your seatbelts folks - this trio is gonna GROOVE like mad!
Guitarist David Blenkhorn, now living in France, join his longtime musical partner Andrew Dickeson and Drums – and Australia’s premier jazz organ player Clayton Doley for a night of incredible groove.
They’ll be playing some classic great standards, plenty of blues, some boogaloo and soulful ballads– rest assured everything is going to get you feet patting and your hands clapping!
This is a rare chance to catch one of the worlds great guitarists in an intimate setting with an unbeatable band.

Heather Price & the Dungeon Small Band

Come and enjoy a night of delicious vocal lines, rich bass tones and swinging rhythms as Heather Price and the Dungeon Small Band present a mix of Heather’s bluesy solo tunes and songs of the Big Band era on a smaller scale!
Featuring the sweet sounds of clarinet and baritone sax (Rod Barnes) and accompanied by the Dungeon Big Band’s rhythm section (Heather Price, Jo Cadman and Ben Barnes), you will hear the music of Gershwin, Ellington, Porter and more on this special night!

Steph Russell Band | Tuesday 31 May
Ex Sydney Conservatorium nerd, Steph Russell spreads her versatile, sophisticated musical style nationwide. She’s a recipient of the James Morrison Generations in Jazz Vocal Scholarship and the Australian Singing Competition (Jazz category) award. Steph has performed at many large-scale arena and television events including solos in the Schools Spectacular, the Special Olympics, and the Sydney Opera House, as well as various intimate venues like Lazybones, Venue 505, SIMA’s Seymour Centre and NIMA’s Underground. Steph was featured in the Sydney International Women’s Jazz Festival in 2017 with one of her passion projects ‘Soultree', and released her debut album of originals ‘In the Water’ in 2019. Steph is currently working with some of the best in the land and we love having her back on home turf! You can expect to hear a cracking 7 piece band with a ‘Stephified’ brew of future soul, funk and contemporary jazz.
