About the Event
The King Tides are a new collective of Newcastle musicians delving into jazz from the 1970s onward. Drawing on the music of Pat Metheny, Miles Davis, John Scofield and more, the group delivers an energetic and contemporary take on these influential sounds.
Seasoned jazz performers in their own right, the members of The King Tides unite to create a rich sonic landscape that captures the spirit and essence of this pivotal era in jazz.
